Full priced item(s) can be returned within 14 days for a full refund or exchange. All sale items, intimates or items that would be in contact with mouth/ nose and private parts, including items purchased at a discount during a promotion, are final sale. 

 The tag must be intact and attached to the returned item(s). Item(s) must not have been worn, washed, or altered in any way, and must not show any signs of use. Returns must be packaged in the Ashton Michael return box. Refunds will be processed within one week of receipt of returned items. 

 Refunds for orders paid by credit card will appear on the client's next billing statement. Orders paid by Apple pay will be refunded to the original account within 7 days.


Ashton Michael will not accept returned merchandise that does not follow the terms and conditions stated in our returns policy. Such items will be returned to the sender at the original shipment address.


USA Domestic Orders  - All shipments within the USA are shipped with the U.S. Postal Service via First Class Mail. If you wish to have your order expedited please contact us shop@ashtonmichael.com and we will do our best to assist you


International Orders - Shipments outside of the USA are shipped with the U.S. Postal Service via First Class or Priority Air Mail. Delivery may take from 5 days to 2 weeks depending on the destination country
