Shipping policy

Shipping:

- Once your order has been received and processed, if in stock, it will ship within 72 hours. If the order is not in stock we will contact you immediately.  please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery for back stock items. 

- Please allow 5-7 days from actual shipping date for your order to arrive.

- Due to the sheer volume of orders during a sale or collection launch please allow additional time for delivery.

- ALL sublimated items are delayed due to Covid-19 factory slow down. Please allow 2-3 weeks for all "ombre" items to arrive to you. 

USA Domestic Orders 

- All shipments within the USA are shipped with the U.S. Postal Service via Priority Mail. If you wish to have your order expedited please contact us at customerservice@ashtonmichael.com and we will assist you in doing so. 

International Orders

- Shipments outside of the USA are shipped with the USPS First Class or Priority Air Mail or other international carriers such as FedEx or UPS. we work with third party companies on a per order basis to get you the cheapest shipping rates available.   Delivery may take from 1 week to 3 weeks depending on the destination country.

- Due to poor delivery we do not guarantee delivery or replace lost orders to the following countries: CHINA, MEXICO, BRAZIL, UNITED ARAB EMIRATES, MALAYSIA, SOUTH AFRICA.
